The four-part exhibition Live, breathe and sleep guitars – collection Luc Henzig presents the history of the electric guitar. The origins of the amplification of the instrument – in “Getting Loud!”- its technical development, standardisation and commercial success are presented through the inevitable models of Fender or Gibson – in “Big Three”-. It is equally important to talk about guitar heroes and their influence on rock music.

The exhibition will be accompanied by a supporting programme; themed evenings with jam sessions, concerts or even meetings with Luc Henzig will be organised. He will take the audience into his world and tell the story of his guitars.

Live, breathe and sleep guitars – collection Luc Henzig  transcribes the magic of a collection, told from the perspective of the collector, the curators, the musicians and the visitors, who will be involved in the collection for a completely new musical experience.
